The meat grinder with a capacity of up to 120 kg is ideal for the gentle chopping of small to medium quantities of meat. The two-part cutting set, consisting of a knife and a perforated disc (Ø 70 mm), ensures optimal chopping of the meat. Two knives and two perforated disks (hole diameter 4.5 and 7.8 mm) are included in the scope of delivery. The machine and worm housing, cutting set and filling tray are made of rust-free stainless steel and can be quickly dismantled for easy cleaning.
