The five-part Unger cutting set, consisting of a pre-cutter, two knives and two perforated discs (Ø 82 mm) with standard hole diameters of 3 and 7.8 mm, ensures optimal chopping of the meat. The housing, cutting set, screw, cylinder, filling and collecting bowl are made of stainless steel and can be quickly dismantled for easy cleaning.
