The integrated cooling of this meat grinder ensures compliance with the cold chain, while up to 280 kg of meat are gently minced. The model is supplied with a variable attachment for making patties between approx. 100 g and 170 g. The filling tray, filling funnel and cutting set are cooled. The cooling temperature is set via the touch display. If food is stuck in the auger housing, the forward and reverse function allows a short backward movement.
